Job Summary
Sales Engineer / Account Manager responsible for selling process control products and services, developing and executing territory marketing and strategic account plans, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new opportunities, delivering technical presentations and proposals, closing sales, coordinating with engineering and operations to deliver solutions, providing technical support, and tracking sales performance. Requires ability to travel extensively (overnight travel required) across the Florida and South Georgia territories.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering and/or pipeline process control functions
- Sales experience is not required if there is a strong desire to move into Pipeline Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel extensively
- Overnight travel is required, car and air travel
- The Territories are Florida and South GA
