Sales Enablement/Trainer

Job Summary
Sales Trainer designs and delivers onboarding programs to turn new hires into productive sellers and helps tenured reps level up. Builds onboarding curricula, runs live and virtual training sessions, coaches on discovery and demo skills, partners with sales leadership and product marketing to keep messaging sharp, measures ramp time and win-rate, and iterates programs to continually improve performance. Responsible for enablement content (playbooks, certification paths, resources), teaching modern sales methodologies, and ensuring reps can articulate the AI-native MDR value to technical and executive buyers in a remote, fast-growing setting.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales
- Experience selling or enabling technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving B2B technology category
- Track record of building training programs that shortened ramp time or improved rep performance
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Fluency in modern sales methodology (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar)
- Comfort with enablement tooling — LMS, Gong, CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent communication and content-creation skills
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-scaling environment
