Job Summary
Develop digital content for the sales organization; drive and maintain Salesforce/CRM workflows; act as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Management and Marketing to achieve commercial goals; coordinate sales activities and training programs; review and optimize processes to enable cross-team collaboration; provide day-to-day Salesforce support for the commercial sales team; implement efficient data capture and workflow improvements; assist with GTM product efforts by auditing product pages; participate in special projects (e.g., Mid-Year sales meetings, Sales Kick-Off); aid Sales Managers with research on client needs, market trends, and actionable insights for personalized engagement strategies.
