Job Summary
Enablement Tools & Platform Specialist owns administration, adoption, and enablement of Docebo (LMS) and Highspot (sales content/ readiness platform). Build platform-native content, courses, learning paths, assessments, and certifications; partner with Learning Experience Designers to drive global adoption and develop dashboards/reports for visibility into completion, engagement, and impact. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and IT to integrate Docebo/Highspot with Salesforce and other tools, manage vendor relationships, and support rollout of GTM tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in sales enablement/learning & development with direct Docebo/Highspot administration; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or revenue operations; with at least 1 year of direct Docebo and/or Highspot administration experience required
- Hands-on platform expertise in Docebo (LMS), including course building, learning path design, reporting, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Highspot, including Spots, Plays, Scorecards, Guided Selling, and Digital Sales Rooms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
