Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Summary
Enable and retain high-performing sales and partnerships teams in Italy by building and maintaining an Italian Sales Academy and playbooks across Inside Sales, Field Sales and Partnerships; creating scalable onboarding and coaching programs; championing HubSpot CRM and sales dashboards for data-driven insights; localizing global materials for the Italian market; and feeding field insights back to Product and Marketing to influence pricing and features. The role demands content creation, scenario-based coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent company narrative across channels in a fast-growing Fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical training and content
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with small, scaling commercial teams where one enablement role supports multiple channels is advantageous
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
