Job Summary
Sales Enablement Specialist Nordics role supporting the Head of Sales Nordics in Poland. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting data and insights to facilitate decision-making; proactively providing the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations; conducting market and prospect-based research; developing and enhancing sales tools; conducting CRM audits and generating reports on current sales activity; collaborating with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency; and developing and maintaining the client case study program.Eligible candidates typically have 3+ years in sales-enablement with strong analytical/problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, strong organizational capabilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs. Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields is preferred. The role offers a remote cooperation model under a B2B contract or contract of mandate in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales-enablement position encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly
- Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects end-to-end
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, paired with exceptional presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred
