Job Summary
Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for driving sales effectiveness and revenue growth by owning CRM accuracy, leading the sales support team through coaching and training, and developing and implementing advanced sales support strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product) to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve customer experience. This onsite role requires in-person presence in Nashville, TN at least 3 days per week and focuses on improving sales performance, policy execution, and operational priorities. The role emphasizes data integrity, process optimization, and delivering strategic insights to enhance execution and commercial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Training, or Process Optimization, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Training, Process Optimization, or equivalent
- Experience validating products, models, and system configurations to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to product configurations, pricing, and system functionality, delivering timely and effective resolutions
