Job Summary

Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for building seller skills, supporting deal execution, and ensuring reps have the tools and knowledge to engage buyers and close business. This role focuses on enablement programs, platform effectiveness, and content delivery across Endeavor’s portfolio, coordinating training programs, maintaining content and resources, supporting active deals, and partnering with the VP of Sales Enablement & Training to translate strategy into scalable training, content, and workflows. Key activities include enabling readiness for new product launches, improving seller productivity and ramp time, running feedback loops, coordinating enablement programs (SKO, masterclasses, product launches), developing solutions knowledge, maintaining RFP/proposal content, optimizing enablement platform usability, ensuring materials are current and easy to find, monitoring content usage, providing first-line platform support, delivering onboarding and live/recorded training, coaching via recorded calls, AI-assisted content development, building practical AI prompts for sales tasks, and cross-functional content development aligned to buyer journeys and value-based selling.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred and/or minimum of 2+years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role.
