Sales Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary
Manage cross-functional projects spanning sales operations, marketing training, solution architecture, and proposal efforts. Build project plans, maintain task trackers, and coordinate priorities, deadlines, and handoffs across internal teams. Support sales operations by improving processes, documentation, and reporting workflows. Partner with solution architects to track requirements and demo preparation. Coordinate inputs, reviews, and approvals for contracts and proposals. Organize marketing campaigns, events, and content launch activities. Identify process gaps and create systems to improve visibility and accountability. Prepare written updates for leadership and run effective meetings to capture decisions and follow up on action items. Ensure consistent use of shared tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, sales operations, customer operations, technical delivery, or a similar cross-functional role
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations and help drive execution across teams
- Comfort working with technical teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting proposal, contract, sales, marketing, and/or customer delivery workflows
- Ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions, adopt new tools and skills quickly, and follow through independently
- Strong judgment about when to escalate issues, clarify ownership, or simplify a process
- Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Pryzm, or similar platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in defense, government technology, aerospace, public sector sales, enterprise software, or dual-use technology
- Familiarity with RFPs, proposals, contracting workflows, security questionnaires, or government procurement
- Experience supporting solution architecture, customer implementations, or technical sales
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipeline operations, or revenue operations
- Basic understanding of software, AI/ML, data platforms, edge computing, or technical product delivery
