Job Summary
First dedicated Sales Enablement Partner at Lovable who will own rep productivity across ramp and beyond, building AI-enabled coaching agents, competitive drills, and certification flows to automate and improve the AE onboarding and ongoing performance. You’ll work with Sales leadership, RevOps, and GTM Engineering to embed enablement into workflows, automate prep and follow-up, and track metrics like time-to-first-deal and ramp attainment. This role focuses on systems-level enablement, not just programs, and requires experience shipping tools and AI-enabled solutions that actually move revenue. You’ll partner with Head of Sales on go-to-market motion changes and internal tooling to turn enablement insights into shipped product surfaces.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a B2B technology sales organization or enablement roles
- Experience shipping tools and automation (CRM, AI agents, automation platforms)
- Track record of building systems to improve sales productivity
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and GTM Engineering
- Proven ability to impact time-to-first-deal, ramp, and ongoing productivity per rep
