Job Summary
Sales Enablement & Onboarding Program Lead responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining a unified CMD onboarding experience for Consumer Markets Division, overseeing program strategy, curriculum design, and end-to-end execution. Lead virtual sessions and in-person workshops, partner with HR, Talent, Learning, and CMD leadership to align content and scheduling, coordinate logistics and learning technology, and measure readiness, engagement, and time-to-contribution. Maintain governance to ensure program consistency and scalability as CMD grows; translate Strategy Next priorities into actionable onboarding content and learning pathways; engage senior leaders and subject matter experts to contribute strategic perspectives, and continuously refine program content in response to business needs and strategy evolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development
- Proven experience leading onboarding, learning, or enterprise programs with broad business impact
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategy alignment, and organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills
