Job Summary
Sales Onboarding Training Manager responsible for designing and managing structured sales onboarding programs, curriculum development with embedded leads, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams; deliver in-person and virtual training, educate on CRM processes and sales methodologies, and measure program effectiveness. Requires 5+ years in sales training or enablement, strong adult-learning approach, and collaboration with HR, Marketing, product, and Sales to align training with business objectives. On-site at Verkada HQ in San Mateo, CA. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role with a special focus on supporting new hire onboarding training
- Strong understanding of adult learning
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze data and assess training program effectiveness
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPIC)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field (preferred)
