Sales Enablement & Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and optimize sales tools, pitch decks, and customer-ready materials to accelerate commercial growth. Own CRM governance, workflows, and adoption while translating business requirements into system enhancements with IT. Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable processes for sales support, marketing execution, and business insights. Create compelling content, manage agency relationships, and analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making. Support key customer initiatives, presentations, and long-term planning with accurate, actionable intelligence. Manage concurrent projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure timely deliverables across teams. Requires onsite work four days per week with 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales support, marketing, insights/analytics, commercial operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, with emphasis on business ownership, requirements definition, and partnering with technical teams
- Hands-on experience working with marketing consultants and marketing agencies
- Ability to travel 10% based on customer and project needs
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- Problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommended actions
- Demonstrated ability to create polished, customer‐ready presentations and sales materials
- Proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Experience working alongside B2B marketing agencies in every aspect of creation and project management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong project management ability with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Frequent use of computer systems and office equipment
- Occasional travel to warehouse, vendors, or distribution centers, which may require navigating uneven surfaces or warehouse environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in food manufacturing, CPG or foodservice environments preferred
- Exposure to Figma, Adobe, and Datassentials is a plus
