Job Summary
Sales Enablement Market Manager based in Phoenix, AZ (surrounding area) responsible for building strong relationships across Field Sales Channels to achieve and exceed sales targets. Acts as a sales enabler to ramp new products and drive performance across ubreakifix stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through proactive email, Zoom, and in-person support regionally and nationwide. Responsibilities include developing revenue/sales strategies, field training of experts, leadership coaching, data interpretation, accountability discussions, and promoting a sales-driven culture. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and process improvements; travels up to 75% with overnight stays, including mileage-reimbursed use of a personal vehicle; requires a valid driver’s license. Key activities include field coaching, on-floor observations, side-by-side selling, delivering real-time feedback, preparing readouts, and ensuring adherence to travel and expense guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, Account Management or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed or perform at a high level per performance rating.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a co-located team with Asurion and client employees.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and provide real-time feedback in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 50-75% and to overnight as needed; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
