Job Summary

Sales Enablement Manager responsible for designing and delivering onboarding programs (30/60/90 days), creating sales playbooks and content, and driving continuous skill development across the UK sales organisation. Leads incentive/commission processes and analytics, partners with Sales Operations for CRM/training, and uses methodologies like MEDDIC to align enablement with business objectives. Develops certification/mentorship programs, enablement content (battle cards, scripts, training materials), and implements learning systems to measure impact on ramp time, quota attainment, and sales productivity. Oversees enablement platforms, reporting, and adoption while leveraging AI/automation to scale activities. Requires 5+ years in related roles, 3+ years building enablement programs, and proven ability to reduce ramp time and improve performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles
  • 3+ years building enablement programs
  • 3+ years experience with sales compensation administration: incentive programme management and oversight
  • Proven track record designing and delivering onboarding programmes that measurably reduce ramp time
  • Experience creating sales playbooks, methodologies, and content in complex sales environments
  • Experience supporting sales teams of 30+ people across multiple segments or geographies
  • Track record of measurable impact on sales productivity, win rates, or revenue growth
  • Understanding of commission structures, incentive design, and compensation principles
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, etc.)
  • Expertise in content creation and proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enablement platforms
