Job Summary
Sales Enablement Manager for the Network Solutions team leading enablement strategy, content development, and learning programs to empower client-facing teams. Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, collateral, and training experiences; coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Field teams; leverage tools like Confluence and Gong to capture feedback and drive adoption; enable upskilling and certification initiatives; facilitate engaging training sessions for adult learners; optimize materials for messaging alignment, product positioning, and go-to-market readiness. The role requires remote work in EST/CST in the US or Canada and involves up to 10% travel; preferred proficiency with Salesforce and PowerPoint, and a Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience in sales enablement or related domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, Customer Solutions, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Program Management, Adult Learning, Education, or related roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 10%
