Job Summary
Lead and own the delivery of Evotix’s coaching programs and frameworks to drive sales growth. Blend hands-on delivery (virtual training, workshops, 1:1 coaching) with creation of high-impact enablement resources that sharpen product knowledge and sales skills. Partner with senior sales leadership to embed the Sales Competency Matrix (SCM) across recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and promotions; develop and manage the Sales Coaching Syllabus and Plan; guide onboarding for new hires over their first six months; map clear career paths using the SCM; formally evaluate skills against SCM; identify performance gaps and drive improvements with Revenue Operations; maintain enablement content in Allego and deliver best-practice training on Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Allego, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot). Requires experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with a proven track record of creating and delivering coaching materials, training assets, and call scripts; familiarity with Winning by Design SPICED methodology and the Evotix product landscape; strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills; high EI and ability to influence at all levels.
