Job Summary
Hands-on, self-driven Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA overseeing onboarding, coaching, and development of high-impact enablement programs for Sales teams. Partner with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to tailor global enablement priorities into practical, regionally relevant deliverables; design and facilitate workshops; coach reps and managers; support new-hire onboarding and ramp; develop enablement assets (playbooks, facilitator guides, coaching resources, certification rubrics, job aids); measure impact with data-driven insights and reinforce initiatives post-launch; leverage AI-enabled insights to identify skill gaps and personalize coaching; influence field outcomes (ramp speed, messaging adoption, quota attainment) and collaborate with global enablement to improve programs. Proficiency with MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler, ValueSelling; experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo; strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Fluency in English required; German preferred, Dutch optional.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, sales leadership, or a combination of these in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience coaching sales professionals with a track record of delivering tangible, measurable results (e.g. improved ramp time or quota attainment).
- Formal coaching certification or training is highly preferred.
- Experience with AI tools to analyze seller performance, generate insights, and improve the speed, relevance, and effectiveness of coaching and training.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading engaging live and virtual workshops for sales audiences.
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler, ValueSelling, or other formal sales methodology.
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo, or similar systems.
- Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, practical, field-ready enablement solutions.
- Ability to partner credibly with sales leaders and frontline managers.
- Strong communication, writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics and feedback to improve rep performance.
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- German-speaking strongly preferred. Dutch-speaking optional.
