Job Summary
Sales Enablement Manager to develop and advance global training and onboarding programs, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to identify productivity gaps, translate enablement priorities into actionable guidance for sellers, drive program adoption across regions, maintain and update sales assets, and align enablement initiatives with CRM processes (e.g., D365). The role requires building relationships with senior sales leaders, delivering effective training materials, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring materials align with brand and seller workflows. Knowledge of CRM, analytics tools, and strong communication skills are essential to support launches and new product enablement across a distributed sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in Sales Enablement and demonstrated impact
- Experience with quantitative, online, or digital market research
- Exposure to quota-carrying roles or experience supporting adoption and retention initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and Excel
