Job Summary
Sales Enablement Manager to design onboarding, training, and coaching programs; develop and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection-handling guides; align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support with consistent messaging and campaigns; partner with Support to capture client insights; drive adoption of CRM and enablement tools; analyze data to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions; build a scalable enablement framework for UK and international growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment (ideally fintech, payments, or spend management)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to create alignment and drive growth
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools
- Ability to create compelling content and resources tailored to different stages of the sales cycle
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
