Job Summary
Sales Enablement Manager for the EMEA region to create and adapt enablement content, build regional onboarding and training programs, translate global messaging to field-ready content, and partner with Product Marketing and Marketing. The role sits in a build-from-scratch environment, reports to the Head of Sales Enablement, and is the first enablement hire for the region. Hybrid work model with regular weekly presence in the London office; collaboration with global enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure regional content aligns with global standards while remaining locally relevant.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Ability to create high-quality enablement content independently (from brief to finished playbook)
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent English communication; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership and ability to own domain as an individual contributor (P3)
