Sales Enablement Manager

Job Summary
Design and execute a bespoke EMEA enablement roadmap aligned with regional revenue priorities and GTM strategy. Bridge global enablement and field teams by adapting tools and content for local nuances while championing EMEA-specific resource needs. Maintain a continuous feedback loop between sellers, managers, and global stakeholders to surface field realities and performance trends. Facilitate high-impact enablement programmes across onboarding, product launches, and MEDDPICC adoption to drive sustained behavior change. Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SVP and cross-functional GTM teams, building consensus in a matrixed environment. Partner with RevOps to build performance dashboards tracking ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity to communicate enablement's ROI on revenue and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, or closely related commercial roles
- significant experience supporting enterprise sellers and sales leaders in EMEA markets
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner to Sales and GTM leaders
- Strong background working directly with enterprise Sales teams
- experience coaching sellers and managers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling, sales process excellence, and in-field execution
- Deep empathy for seller experience and a practical understanding of what helps frontline teams adopt, execute, and win
- Demonstrated ability to absorb business context quickly, synthesise regional needs, and champion business priorities when working directly with EMEA GTM teams and global stakeholders
- Critical business acumen with a proven ability to design and own a regional enablement strategy
- A strong customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of how to articulate and position the value of Box for our customer's business
- Understanding of enterprise sales processes (i.e. MEDDPICC)
- experience coaching enterprise sellers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling
- Strong understanding of the diversity of EMEA - including multi-country GTM complexity, cultural nuance, language considerations, and regional buyer behaviour
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), enablement and LMS platforms, and data/analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences, virtual and in-person
- able to influence and inspire across cultures and seniority levels
- Ability to leverage performance dashboards
- skilled at using data to identify gaps, measure ROI, and tell a compelling impact story
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- a self-starter who proactively identifies and closes gaps without waiting to be asked
- Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week
