Job Summary

Verkada seeks a founding Sales Enablement Lead to establish and scale the LATAM enablement function in Mexico. You will own the LATAM enablement strategy from onboarding to advanced sales skills, contextualize global content for LATAM, serve as the cross-functional GTM partner, own onboarding calendars and curriculum, develop localized sales content (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies), champion the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari), and define KPIs to drive productivity, win rates, and deal size. The role requires a zero-to-one builder mindset, autonomy, enterprise sales insight, and strong collaboration with Sales Leadership and global CoE. A Bachelor’s degree is required, 4+ years in sales enablement/training, LATAM market experience preferred, and the ability to work in Mexico without visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement or training
  • LATAM Market Experience preferred
  • Fluent in solution selling approaches like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger
  • Experience with sales technology stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari)
