Job Summary
Lead sales enablement and recruiting execution across the Wealth & Investment Management advisor lifecycle, delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content to improve recruiting and onboarding productivity. Drive data-driven insights, go-to-market strategy execution, and integration support; build dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, activity, and onboarding progress. Partner with CRM/data platforms and explore automation/AI capabilities to enhance prospecting, pipeline management, onboarding workflows, and integration tracking. Develop recruiting content aligned to Wells Fargo Advisors’ value proposition, support targeted campaigns, and drive continuous field enablement. Travel up to 75% and collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows, user experience, and overall execution across the field.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, advisor recruiting, onboarding, or integration teams (preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
