Job Summary

Sales Enablement Intern responsible for end-to-end internal deal recaps, drafting with AI tools, building and curating client success case repositories, refining and maintaining sales playbooks, analyzing trends across commercial teams, surfacing best practices, and supporting the build and pilot of internal AI-powered enablement tools and newsletters. Collaborates with BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to ensure content and insights are used. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model; requires strong writing, analytical thinking, and comfort using AI for content. Internship offers mentorship, internship allowance, and a Barcelona office experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled at a university or institution that can sign a 6-month internship agreement
  • 6-month internship commitment
  • Comfortable producing and refining content using AI tools
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with an analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English
