Job Summary

Build structured coaching frameworks for SDRs and AEs using Gong data to identify skill gaps in talk ratios, discovery depth, and objection handling. Own the sales content library by creating role-specific playbooks, competitive battlecards, and persona-based messaging while maintaining a living competitive intelligence resource. Embed the MEDDIC methodology into daily operations, audit deal quality via HubSpot, and establish SDR-to-AE handoff standards. Define enablement metrics like ramp time and win rate to connect activity to business outcomes, then partner with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to align release enablement and campaign plays. Design the new hire onboarding program with certification programs to validate readiness before reps go live.

Required Qualifications

Experience holding two distinct markets in their head simultaneously
Ability to build programs reflecting differences between selling to a pharma commercial team and a health plan's clinical leadership
Experience building structured, repeatable coaching frameworks
Experience using Gong data to identify skill gaps
Experience running group coaching sessions including call reviews, roleplay, and win/loss debriefs
Experience coaching coaches to develop their own coaching skills
Experience owning and organizing sales content libraries
Experience building role-specific playbooks including talk tracks, outbound sequences, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and stakeholder maps
Experience building persona-based messaging across stakeholders
Experience building ROI and value frameworks for budget conversations
Experience maintaining living competitive intelligence resources
Experience owning and embedding the MEDDIC sales methodology
Experience auditing deal quality using Gong and HubSpot data
Experience building SDR-to-AE handoff standards
Experience defining metrics for enablement impact including ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, deal velocity, SDR-to-SQL conversion, and coaching frequency
Experience building dashboards or reporting cadences connecting enablement activity to business outcomes
Experience running win/loss analysis and sharing insights with sales leadership, product, and marketing
Experience tracking content engagement and training completion
Experience partnering with Product on release enablement
Experience aligning with Marketing on campaign plays, ICP definition, and field-ready messaging
Experience working with RevOps to connect enablement data to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience supporting Sales leadership with QBR prep, territory planning materials, and strategic initiative rollouts
Experience designing and owning new hire programs covering product knowledge, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales process
Experience building role-specific ramp plans with clear milestones and time-to-productivity benchmarks
Experience creating certification programs to validate readiness before reps go live
Experience ensuring onboarding reflects how top performers actually sell
Experience continuously updating onboarding content as product, market, and ICP evolve
