Job Summary
Hybrid Sales Enablement Consultant roles based in CDMX or Monterrey, supporting the global Product Enablement & GTM organization for ServiceNow. You will develop and maintain enablement assets (pitch decks, demo scripts, talk tracks, industry content), manage demo environments, design and disseminate training materials, coordinate pursuit deliverables, and contribute to competitive intelligence, customer success templates, and executive reviews. You will partner with Sales, Pre-sales, Value Engineering, and Customer Success teams to accelerate pipeline development and deal closure, coordinating cross-functional inputs and timelines, and ensuring alignment with GTM messaging. Key responsibilities include asset development and governance, demo environment provisioning and documentation, training design and delivery, pursuit support and deal acceleration, competitive insights, and customer success reporting. Required experience spans Product Enablement, Pre-sales Operations, GTM Support, Marketing Operations, or Proposal/Pursuit Support in technology or consulting, with working knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and skills in creating sales decks, playbooks, RFP response libraries, battlecards, and training content. Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are emphasized. The role involves hybrid work arrangements in Mexico City or Monterrey with travel within the country. A path for career progression into Product Enablement, GTM Operations, or Solution Consulting is offered, along with exposure to strategic sales and cross-functional collaboration.
