Job Summary

Sales Enablement Associate supporting GTM initiatives by developing learning materials and content; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, RevOps; manage Enablement content in Seismic; assist in budget requests via SFDC; create Winner’s Circle articles; support product launches and GTM campaigns; measure adoption and revenue impact; liaison between Sales teams and product support; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or learning management
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and GTM motions (inbound, outbound, partner-led, product-led, service-led)
  • Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with marketing on cohesive content creation
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to designing and measuring enablement impact
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Vensure sales process and culture
