Sales Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary
Sales Effectiveness Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring sales learning programs to support key sales objectives. Builds cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources; develops content for digital and in-person delivery; identifies learning needs with CU leaders and Sales Managers; designs and delivers learning programs across customer prospecting, selling skills, buying behaviors, sales information, and cross-selling; recruits at colleges for new-hire programs (Associate Territory Managers) and supports recruitment for Commercial Sales Interns and ATMs; implements assessment tools to prioritize sales competencies; oversees blended learning delivery methods (in-field, online, seminars, workshops, on-the-job); and travels 25-50% for field responsibilities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and eight+ years in sales or sales organizational development, plus a valid driver’s license. Corteva is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in ag, business, education, science, psychology or related) paired with eight or more years of experience in sales or sales organizational development
- Equivalent amounts of relevant education and/or experience may be considered
- Valid driver's license (travel approximately 25-50% of the time)
