Sales Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary
Design, implement, and measure sales learning programs; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources; develop content for digital and in-person delivery; recruit interns and entry-level sales hires; support recruiting and selection for Associate Territory Managers (ATMs) and Commercial Sales Interns; implement assessment tools to identify sales competencies; manage blended learning delivery across in-field, computer-based, web-based, and instructor-led formats; travel ~25-50% for field activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in ag, business, education, science, psychology or related) paired with eight or more years of experience in sales or sales organizational development
- Equivalent amounts of relevant education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of these requirements.
- Valid driver’s license (travel approximately 25-50% of the time)
