Job Summary
Sales and Education Executive leads assigned market's sales, education, and event strategy and execution; demonstrate makeup artistry and educating capability; train retail staff and manage in-store education programs, brand trainings (in-store, remote, and virtual); drive store events, manage retailer partnerships, inventory for sales growth, and coach staff to achieve sales KPIs; recruit, hire, and train retail staff and freelance team; manage budgets, education tools, and event logistics; travel within the region for events and trainings; strong customer service and planning/organizational skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, PPT; base salary range $65,000–$84,000 depending on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Education; Sephora / Nordstrom experience is a plus
