Job Summary
Sales & Education Executive in NJ/PA responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing and training Market Specialists and Selling Specialists, conducting product demonstrations to drive sales, maintaining gondola inventory and visual merchandising, partnering with the Regional Manager for store visits, delivering comprehensive makeup education to Sephora staff and Beauty Advisors, creating training materials, staying current on industry trends, and building strong client relationships while traveling to stores as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail management, education and leadership (Sephora and cosmetics experience preferred)
- Must be able to exhibit basic makeup artistry skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Availability to work key business hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be capable to travel, drive and maintain a valid driver's license, with proof of insurance
- Must be eligible to obtain a corporate credit card
