Job Summary
Drive retail sales targets across Liverpool stores by delivering personalized product recommendations, managing fixtures, and supporting new launches and in-store events. Educate Beauty Advisors and retail teams through skincare and makeup training, shade matching, and routine building to boost their confidence in selling Pixi products. Represent the brand with professionalism at all times while delivering customer masterclasses and events to inspire purchases and foster loyalty. Requires experience in beauty retail, proven ability to achieve sales targets, and flexibility to travel across the Liverpool area including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail
- A genuine passion for skincare, makeup and helping customers feel their best
- A proven ability to achieve personal sales targets
- Confidence delivering product demonstrations and consultations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel across the Liverpool area
- Flexibility to work in both field and boutique environments
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Flexibility to work key retail periods
