Job Summary
District Modality Leader (MR) responsible for owning the DXR business and driving revenue growth across assigned imaging districts. Leads modality strategy, provides clinical/technical guidance to sales teams and customers, coaches IAMs through joint engagements and strategic deal support, and leverages data/forecasting to prioritize opportunities and optimize execution. Requires 5+ years in healthcare sales or imaging leadership, strong cross-functional influence without direct authority, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Salesforce and PowerBI. Travel-intensive field role; in-person collaboration with accounts and field teams across the Ohio/Pennsylvania region. Office presence and field execution are aligned with a 3-days-in-office model for office-based teams and standard field-operations for district coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience
- 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate clinical/technical expertise into customer value
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel and operate as a field sales leader
