Job Summary
Execute sales strategy and provide second-layer support for the Territory Sales Leader across large format accounts. Coach and lead a team of full-time merchandisers on display execution, merchandising standards, and productivity goals. Manage customer relationships, assign store assignments, and conduct route rides to develop frontline skills. Monitor key performance metrics, oversee Pod compliance through audits, and implement contingency plans for potential issues. Interview and onboard new merchandisers while collaborating with Sales Representatives to ensure service coverage and drive accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs. periodically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must have a valid driver's license
