Job Summary
Manage a sales district comprising 10-25 Route Sales Representatives and lead a $5-15 million business. Execute a 12+ month onboarding program involving 4-6 months of route-level work to master the Frito Lay Route Sales System, Direct Store Delivery network, and supply chain. Provide administrative and technical support to direct reports while facilitating information flow. Work in a physical environment with varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Requires DOT certification, ability to lift 40 lbs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
