Job Summary
Sales Director - Waterworks oversees the Great Salt Lake Waterworks Sales Team, directing compensation reviews, goal setting, and strategy development to drive sales performance across the region. The role requires regular travel throughout the region (including overnight), leadership to develop and coach direct reports, accountability for sales staff performance, and collaboration with operations, customers, and vendors. The position is based primarily out of the Great Salt Lake Region with the primary office in Spanish Fork, UT, and demands strong leadership, relationship-building, strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales and/or management experience in the Company or with a direct competitor (specific industry experience is required). Internal Company candidates are preferred.
- Strong product and technical expertise preferred.
- College education beneficial.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, customer and vendor relations; ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse group.
- Demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills.
