Job Summary

Sell the vision of the community and drive move-ins through storytelling and a strategic sales approach. Responsibilities include providing a superior customer experience, planning and participating in marketing events, maintaining an accurate lead database, and building brand awareness through partnerships and outreach. Demonstrated success in advancing sales relationships to move-in, plus strong communication, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and proficiency with lead tracking software and Excel, are required.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a lead sales role, preferably in hospitality or senior care
  • Proven sales record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extensive experience with lead tracking software and reporting
  • Strong skills in Excel
