Lead and develop high-performing sales teams in a vacation-ownership resort; coach, mentor, and train sales representatives; conduct daily meetings and trainings; drive revenue through active tours, sales takeovers, and effective inventory/metrics analysis; recruit and onboard talent; deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process and foster a positive, customer-focused sales culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Sales Manager and up leadership experience on the Mainline/Frontline in the Timeshare industry.
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Must be able to lead, train, and develop a team
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- Ability to conduct multiple resort tours daily
