Job Summary
Sales Director role based in California responsible for managing and leading the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, targeting C-Suite stakeholders within the logistics sector, and driving growth of the pipeline for Dexory's real-time data insights platform. The role emphasizes consultative selling, collaboration with Commercial Implementation/Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams, and a high-velocity path to value demonstration. The candidate should have extensive B2B enterprise SaaS experience in logistics, fluency in Spanish, a track record of closing six-figure deals, and the ability to build long-term relationships with partners and clients, while aligning with the VP of Business Development on onboarding and growth plans. A commission component up to 100% is highlighted, along with a strong emphasis on performance, impact, commitment, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years+ experience in B2B enterprise sales (selling six-figure deals)
- SaaS and logistics experience strongly preferred
- Fluent Spanish
- Proven ability to meet/exceed individual sales quotas
- Experience selling through technology partners and system integrators in logistics & retail
- Experience in large commercial negotiations
