Job Summary
Execute sales strategy and drive business development for key accounts in Asia, achieving revenue and GM% targets for UCT semiconductor products. Lead major account sales teams on strategic implementation, co-formulate account plans, and manage alliances, pricing, and contract negotiations with key decision-makers. Serve as the business owner for customer issue resolution, gather feedback, and provide ongoing sales forecasts to management. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and NPI teams to position UCT as the preferred supplier and develop coordinated business proposals. Recruit experienced sales talent for functional roles and manage training and development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management
- Minimum 10 years of Semiconductor and/or Microelectronics Industry Experience with a strong emphasis in business development, sales and customer management
- Preferably with added experience in product development/engineering domain
- Ability to influence decision makers throughout the chain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Proven experience in sales with strong demonstrated results, directly to end user
- Market knowledge of dynamics and key players in the industry
- An ability to influence decision makers throughout the customer chain
- An ability to lead diverse groups
- An in-depth knowledge of business
- An ability to pivot or adjust the organizational direction based on new conditions
- An ability to lead through complexity and change
- Must possess the ability to focus on measurable results while managing multiple task
