Job Summary
Sales Director - Cloud responsible for leading the Oracle Cloud business in India. Drive enterprise cloud solutions, engage C-level stakeholders to deliver breakthrough insights, and guide a high-performing team (FLM/Second Line Manager) to achieve business outcomes. Possesses deep cloud market knowledge, strong relationships with enterprise clients, and the ability to discuss technical cloud value propositions with clients. Focus areas include cloud-native applications, enterprise workloads on the cloud, resiliency, and cost optimization, with a culture of collaboration and results orientation. The role emphasizes leadership by example, coaching, and enabling the team to operate at peak levels to capture market share and deliver signature client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading teams in the IT sector
- Experience as a FLM or Second Line Manager
- Proven track record in complex solution selling engagements with clients
- Experience leading businesses in the cloud market is essential
- Strong client partnering skills and C-level engagement
- Ability to coach and guide teams, drive optimization, and deliver results
