Job Summary
Lead the Newport-based Inside Sales team as Sales Director for Sponsorship Partnerships, shaping strategy and process to drive growth and high performance. Responsible for mentoring and training the team, managing key relationships from first contact to contract, ensuring KPI attainment and quota delivery. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to refresh skills, drive data integrity in CRM tools (Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), coordinate opportunities across EMEA and beyond, and pursue new net logos while expanding footprints with existing clients. Foster a high-performance environment with rigorous discipline in sales processes, effective communication across all organizational levels, and travel as needed to support regional markets.
