Job Summary
Sales Director leading a high-performing sales function within a B2B technology consulting environment (cybersecurity, data, AI/IT). Owns overall sales performance and revenue targets, leads strategic opportunities, drives pipeline health and CRM discipline, coaches the sales team, and builds strong client relationships to grow existing and new accounts. Requires proven consultative, solution-led selling with a track record of winning enterprise accounts, stakeholder engagement with senior decision-makers, and use of structured methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account planning while improving commercial performance. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales function within a B2B professional services or technology consulting environment (e.g. IT, data, cybersecurity or AI)
- Strong consultative, solution-selling capability, with experience selling complex services where client outcomes, business value, delivery capability, scope and commercial performance are all critical considerations
- A track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand client challenges, shape solutions, influence senior decision-makers and build long-term trusted relationships
- Proficient in structured sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman) across pipeline management, stakeholder mapping, account planning and strategic opportunities
- Demonstrate and build sales team capability in commercial acumen, including pipeline quality, forecasting, margin awareness and selling high-value work
