Job Summary
Lead the sales team to drive occupancy goals through lead management, personal visits, and executing marketing events. Greet prospective residents, conduct outreach to referral sources, and coordinate move-in processes while maintaining the lead base system. Manage marketing operations, including recruiting, training, and holding Lifestyle Advisors accountable for performance. Prepare collateral materials, ensure model apartments are ready for show, and coordinate with internal departments for documentation and payments. Travel locally and out of state for conferences and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- Two or more years of marketing and sales experiences
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be free of diseases that can be transmitted in the performance of job responsibilities during the stage of communicability unless the associate can be given duties that minimize the likelihood of transmission
- An individual in this position is often required to read, write, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and/or hear
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight up to 25 lbs
- Local and out of state travel, including overnight stays, may be required from time to time to attend conferences, training, meetings, and professional development programs
Desired Qualifications
- Four-year College or university degree
- Two or more years' experience in a similar sales position (residential leasing environment)
- Two or more years' experience working with seniors
- Prior senior living sales/leasing experience
- Two or more years of marketing and sales experiences
