Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability while developing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include executing strategic sales initiatives, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership in a luxury retail environment, expertise in sales-driven strategies, and the ability to coach the team on client engagement. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, including management, are preferred.
