Job Summary
Sales Director responsible for all inside sales functions including inbound/outbound communication and processing of sales documents, representing Marco with strong customer satisfaction. Essential duties include understanding customer needs, driving orders to closure with proper documentation, growing sales through market strategies and account development, maintaining relationships through the sales lifecycle, building and tracking sales funnels, forecasting on a rolling six-month cycle, coordinating with existing customers for new orders, and maintaining exceptional service. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, be able to multitask and manage time effectively, demonstrate strong negotiation and organizational skills, and be available for a flexible schedule with potential overtime. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 5+ years; Technology: proficiency with a computer and Microsoft Windows. Location: Fort Worth, TX, USA (on-site).
