Job Summary
Sales Director, Performance Advertising (Americas) leads direct revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with advertisers and agencies across the Americas, builds go-to-market strategies for performance advertising demand across fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile growth, and manages the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure. The role requires deep industry knowledge of AdTech and programmatic advertising, a proven track record of securing budgets, an existing cross-border network in North America and/or LATAM, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Opera Ads, Commercial, and Partnership teams to deliver advertising solutions that maximize campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales
- Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, and campaign optimization
- Existing network of relationships across advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities from the ground up in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
