Sales Director - Pedab Finland

Sales Director Finland role leading Pedab Finland’s commercial organisation, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market development. Build and strengthen strategic vendor and reseller relationships, develop local business and growth plans, coach and empower sales teams, participate in key negotiations with customers, vendors and partners, and translate group strategy into local execution. The role involves leading a Finnish sales organisation, close market engagement with customers, vendors and partners, and a Nordic-wide dimension with travel. A strong commercial background in technology/IT-related markets (infrastructure, software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, AI) and experience in senior sales leadership (e.g., Sales Director, Commercial Director, Country Manager, Head of Sales) is expected. The position emphasizes leadership, ownership, collaboration and high-performance execution in a growth-focused environment with an office-first culture and Nordic travel.
