Job Summary
Generate commercial growth for TravelDesk across the US and North America by defining Go-To-Market strategies, acquiring new strategic clients, and closing direct and agency business. Deliver persuasive presentations to educate the market on TravelDesk's value proposition while maintaining accurate forecasting and advancing the pipeline for new logos. Provide strategic input on RFPs and RFQs, advising clients on programmatic strategy to encourage multichannel activations. Collaborate with account, media, and operations teams to pitch, launch, and execute campaigns, ensuring consistent revenue target achievement. This role requires 8+ years in programmatic advertising sales within travel and tourism, with a salary range of $100k-$150k base plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment where initiative and innovative thinking are actively encouraged
- 8+ years' experience working in programmatic advertising sales, preferably within the travel and tourism sector
- Experience in strategizing and deploying GTM strategies to drive net new ad revenue
- Conversant with core programmatic advertising technologies and buying structures
- Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
- Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry across travel and tourism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and marketing personnel at all levels
- Experience working with data partners and vendors to deliver innovative programmatic solutions
- Highly organized and methodical in approach
- Must be proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
